But you can call me Derek! I'm a Luso-American artist based in New York and inspired by Japanese culture.My art skills really began to blossom in the early preteens, so by then I had already made up my mind on what I'd like to pursue for the rest of my life. I've created a copious amount of art pieces since then, including my own comic book series, and more recently, a motion-animated project called Super Stellar Stella.Nowadays, I mostly spend my time creating Pokemon Mystery Dungeon fanart, and supporting myself through commissions, Ko-fi, and art merch.At the moment, I'm also looking for work as an illustrator for any kind of project that could use my skills.Thank you so much for checkin' out my carrd!
